We saw Dr Sevigny in the Arcadia office on an emergency visit for my 2 year old. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks! Dr Sevigny and his staff showed immediate attention to my toddler’s pain by getting us in within ten minutes of my initial phone call. We were very happy with our unplanned experience and want to thank Dr Sevigny and his staff for doing an amazing job as well as showing compassion and great care. Thank you so much!
My son had an all the sudden vision problem today at school and when I called the office Dr Mark wasn’t working but he came to the office to evaluate my son for a possible Retna tear. Luckily it was not but a huge thank you for such wonderful service from the staff and Dr. Wonderful to have such family like service in our little town
If it wasn’t for Dr. Mark Sevigny I would be blind. He also discovered a genetic eye condition in me that hadnt been found in me in 22 years of wearing glasses since age 2 1/2 that no other eye Dr. had noticed before. He has treated me for multiple other conditions, and has been there for me since I first walked into his practice. The Office Staff now treat me like a regular with how often I have to go for testing, they have watched my 3 year old grow. It’s like my 2nd family there.
I’ve always had quick yet thorough appointments. I’ve been with much of this staff for as long as I have been in need of glasses (20+ years). As a young child, this was the only doctor I was not afraid to visit, and now continuing with them as an adult I continue to feel very comfortable and welcomed! Major shout out to the reps who have taken the time to help me select frames and lenses. Even though I haven’t always known what I wanted, they were patient and willing to assist me. 10/10 would recommend their office!
